Program Information and Admissions Requirements

Georgetown Law offers a joint JD/LL.M. in Taxation program that enables Georgetown JD students and students from other accredited U.S. law schools to earn an LL.M. degree in one rather than two full-time semesters after completion of the JD degree.

The JD/LL.M. degree is open to 2L or 3E Georgetown JD students, or to JD students at other ABA-accredited law schools who plan to attend Georgetown as Visiting Students during their third year of law school. If you are interested in applying as a visitor to the JD/LL.M., please follow the instructions on the web page for Visiting Students.
