Wireless, email, and Blackberries

The good news is that we received today the Cisco antennas necessary to complete the wireless network. Our team members will start installing the wireless access points in the dorms on December 5, 2005 and by December 9, they expect to offer wireless coverage in the Gewirz dorm building. The bad news is that the email migration project from Sun Microsystems to Exchange continues to puzzle Microsoft, Dell, EMC, and our own team members. While all experts discuss the best way to proceed, we will expand student quotas to 50 Megabytes to provide temporary relief. I will share more information about this project the moment it becomes available. The uncertain news is the future of Blackberry devices. As of now, our strategy is to continue using them as an on-going concern. Should the situation change, we will be ready to switch to competing products.
