Georgetown Law Alumni

Georgetown is strongly committed to our alumni, offering the following ongoing Professional Development services:

  • Alumni Counseling:
    Law Center alumni/ae in need of career counseling may make an appointment with Marilyn Tucker, Director of Alumni Career Services.  Confidential appointments are held in the Office of Career Services for those in the Greater Washington metropolitan area, or by telephone for those outside our area.  Contact the Office of Career Services at (202) 662-9300 to schedule an appointment, then fax your resume to Marilyn Tucker at (202) 662-9313.
  • Symplicity Job Postings:
    Alumni may continue to search for jobs on Georgetown's Symplicity website. Alumni should use their Georgetown Law NetID and password.  If you do not have an working NetID and password, or if you have forgotten your NetID and password, please contact the Office of Career Services at 202.662.9300, or send an email to carsvcs1@law.georgetown.edu with the following information:
    • Your full name at time of graduation
    • Your student ID / Social Security Number
    • Year of Graduation
    • Current, non-Georgetown Law's email address

  • Access to Web Resources and Judicial Clerkship Database:
    If you are a graduate of the Law Center, you can obtain access to restricted Law Center web resources by applying for a username and password. Please contact Career Services at (202) 662-9300 or carsvcs1@law.georgetown.edu with the following information: 

    • Your full name.
    • Your student ID / Social Security Number.
    • Your telephone number.
    • Your year of graduation.
    • Your email address if available.
    •  Please note that it will take at least a day to verify your alumni status.
  • OCS Resource Library:
    Alumni are welcome to continue utilizing the Law Center's Career Resource Library, currently located in the Office of Career Services, Room 328 in the McDonough building. As you know, this library contains a rich variety of job search resources.
