**The Sandra Day O’Connor Essay Contest was open to all J.D. and L.L.M. students enrolled in Georgetown University Law Center as of January 1, 2008.  Contestants were prompted to write an essay on "The Battle Over State Court Elections: Can Voter Guides Help?"
