Georgetown Law is a diverse and dynamic place that connects individuals from many cultures and walks of life. We recognize and respect differences among people, and our campus ministry celebrates a multiplicity of faiths. More than 90 student organizations and 11 journals provide opportunities to meet students with similar political, cultural and religious affiliations, with shared interests in legal scholarship or public service or even dramatic talents — through the Georgetown Gilbert & Sullivan Society, billed as “America’s only theater group with its own law school.”
Our Washington, D.C., campus includes the Edward Bennett Williams Law Library, the John Wolff International and Comparative Law Library, the Gewirz Student Center housing nearly 300 students and a state-of-the-art Scott K. Ginsburg Sport and Fitness Center. The Law Center is a vibrant, collegial — even cozy — place for busy law students to connect and learn. And it serves as home base for 40,000 alumni around the world.
