Clinical Course for J.D. Students
The clinic accepts applicants who have completed 28 credits by the beginning of the semester in which they are enrolled in the Clinic. There is a general preference given to students who are in their final year of law school, but second year full-time (and their part-time equivalents) may apply.
We are looking for students with good research, writing, and oral communication skills who are excited to work as a part of a team. While no previous legislative, administrative, or other policy work experience is required, an interest in legislative and administrative policy work is imperative.
Students applying to the Federal Legislation and Administrative Clinic must:
Submit the application materials listed on the “Federal Legislation and Administrative Clinic Application Form” to room 340 by 5:00 p.m. on April 3 (these materials must be submitted in addition to the all-clinic application you submit online by 5:00 p.m. on March 27)
