Georgetown University Health Justice Alliance
The Georgetown University Health Justice Alliance is developing the next generation of leaders in medicine and law to work together to improve the health and well-being of people living in poverty.
The Health Justice Alliance brings together Georgetown University Medical Center faculty, clinicians, other health care professionals, and students with Georgetown University Law Center students, faculty, and policy experts to engage in service, interprofessional education, advocacy, and research in pursuit of health, justice, and racial equity.
Upcoming Launch Event
University leadership will formally launch and celebrate the Health Justice Alliance during a special event on Wednesday, September 13, at 5:00 p.m. at the Rafik B. Hariri Building on Main Campus.
The launch celebration will be preceded, at 3:00 p.m., by the panel event "Doctors and Lawyers Speak Out," at which thought leaders will discuss the importance and potential of the Health Justice Alliance.
Both events will take place in the Fisher Colloquium, on the fourth floor of the Rafik B. Hariri Building on Georgetown's Main Campus. RSVP information will follow soon. In the meantime, if you have questions, please contact us at HealthJusticeAlliance@georgetown.edu.
