The following table indicates which LL.M. Degree Programs are open to foreign educated lawyers and which LL.M. Degree Programs are open to U.S. educated lawyers.

Candidates for all LL.M. programs must have graduated from either (a) a U.S. law school that is approved by the American Bar Association or (b) a law school in another country if the level of study is equivalent to the American J.D. Please refer to the left-hand navigation for more detailed application eligibility for U.S. Educated Lawyers and Foreign Educated Lawyers.
Starting in the fall of 2015, students who are not attorneys will have the opportunity to earn a Masters of Studies in Law (MSL) in Taxation. Both U.S. and Foreign Educated applicants may apply for the MSL in Taxation degree.
