Georgetown Law Open on Time
The Law Center will open on time, Tuesday, January 27, 2015, but liberal leave is in effect.
All designated emergency employees must report to work on time. All other employees may take unscheduled leave, but should contact their supervisor to discuss the needs of their unit and individual circumstances. Any changes to this announcement will be communicated through the same channels by 5:00 am on Tuesday morning.
Important Information for Graduating Students
With finals, graduation, and Bar Exam preparation on your mind, we understand that loan repayment and other financial planning matters may not be your first priority. However, it is important to keep them in mind as you transition from a student to a graduate.
This online program is a federal requirement for all graduating students who have borrowed federal Stafford or federal Grad PLUS loans while at Georgetown Law. It covers the basics for all borrowers -- from undergraduate students on up.
These in-person sessions are specifically designed to help Georgetown Law graduating students maximize their loan repayment strategies and to address any particular loan questions.
These advanced sessions, covering retirement savings, home buying, insurance options and more, are recommended for graduating students who have already completed exit counseling and the Managing Your Student Loans session.
