Application Checklist

Please be aware that the Graduate Admissions Committee does not review applications until we have received all required documentation. Applicants are encouraged to keep a copy of their completed application and supporting documents, as all application materials become the property of Georgetown and will not be returned.

*Late applications might be accepted after the application deadline if there is space available in the class. If late applications are accepted, the application fee is increased to $100.

Prerequisites

This certificate is open to U.S.-trained applicants, who must have already completed a basic course in U.S. individual income taxation as well as a basic course in decedents' estates. The Certificate in Employee Benefits Law may be earned alone or in conjunction with the LL.M. in Taxation.
