Get in the Game: Sports For Women

Started at Georgetown University Law Center, Get in the Game is a national organization of women attorneys, law students and friends, offering weekly basketball leagues, and tournaments, to promote the benefits of physical activity, networking and camaraderie for women in the legal community. The Washington, DC branch plays at the Georgetown University Law Center.  For more information, visit: www.getinthegamehoops.org.

Lady Lawyers Basketball League Weekly Open Gyms

Ladies, join fellow GULC alums and network with attorneys in your area on a different kind of court! Hit the hardwood in Washington, DC, and New York City with weekly open gyms:

Washington, DC: Saturday mornings from 10am to 12pm at GULC Sport & Fitness Center. On one end of the court from 10am - 10:30am join us for our weekly skills session.
New York: Sunday nights from 7 to 9 p.m. at Baruch College

Interested in playing a little 3 v 3? The Georgetown University Law Center’s Women’s Basketball Club is hosting their 1st Annual 3v3 Women’s Basketball Tournament on Saturday, September 19. The Georgetown Law Women's Basketball Club is proud to announce the 1st Annual 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament!

Join us Saturday, September 19, from 10am to 1pm at the Gtown Law Sports and Fitness Center gymnasium. Registration is now open! The cost is FREE for current law students and $15 for others. You may register as a team or individually. Spots are limited and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. We have enough spots for 16 teams of 3-4 players each. Each team is guaranteed to play at least 4 games.
