First-Year Alumni Mentoring Program
One of the great resources of Georgetown Law is its location. With over 8,000 alumni living in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, we are able to create a robust mentoring program for first year students. Alumni mentors are matched with 2L and 3L peer advisors (often in the same Section that they themselves were in) who are in turn matched with approximately 25 students. Alumni mentors meet with 1L students throughout the academic year, and help offer guidance for their first year of law school. For more information, contact the Office of Student Life.
