Georgetown University Law Center Continuing Legal Education
program, along with the Association of Corporate Counsel,
sponsored another highly successful and informative Corporate
Counsel Institute in March.The eighth annual Institute, held
in the Philip A. Hart Moot Court Room, touched on a range
of topics, from the ethical obligations the Sarbanes-Oxley
Act imposes on in-house counsel, to Supreme Court cases affecting
corporations, to the relationships among CEOs, boards of directors,
and chief legal officers. Pictured here are some of the many
