Housing Application and Procedures

Application Procedure

• Please fill out the Summer Housing Application and Occupancy Agreement Form.  Include both your current and permanent address.  Be sure to include a phone number and e-mail address at which you can be reached for questions concerning your application. All information will be sent to your e-mail address.  Please note:  All rental rates listed are per person, tax included.

• We will e-mail you to confirm the receipt of your application after March 11, 2013.  If you do not receive an e-mail from us, then you may call 202-662-9290 to confirm the receipt of your application.

• Please indicate your exact arrival and departure dates. All dates will be final. There are no refunds for early departure. 

• Please rank available apartment styles in order of preference. If your first choice is unavailable, the next available apartment will be assigned.  Under no circumstances can the Office of Residence Life extend housing beyond or before the June 1 - August 10 dates.

• Please note there is a $60.00 non-refundable application fee payable via Paypal with your occupancy agreement. We will begin accepting rent payments on April 1, 2013. Rent is due in full on May 1, 2013.
  

• The Office of Residence Life will fill rooms on a first come-first served basis and cannot hold spaces for requested roommates, but will consider roommate requests only after all requested roommate applications have been received.

• If housing is not available at Georgetown University Law Center when you send in your housing agreement, you will be placed on a wait list. Every effort will be made to coordinate your summer housing needs.
