The Georgetown NetID Password Management System (https://password.georgetown.edu) resets both your Main Campus and Law Center passwords at the same time to the same thing. It also allows you to setup answers to the personal questions so that you can change your passwords in the future without going through the Technology Service Desk. All Georgetown University community members can download Symantec Endpoint Protection software free of charge. Instructions for downloading, installing, and using the software can be found at http://www.law.georgetown.edu/campus-services/ist/security/SymantecAntiVirusSoftware.cfm.
