Fall Private Sector Recruiting
Early Interview Week (EIW)
Early Interview Week (EIW) is an on-campus interview program, during which the majority of our private sector interviews occur. EIW is one of the largest law student interview programs in the country, generating nearly 7,000 interviews in just 5 days. Registration for EIW opens at the end of January each year. For more information about EIW, important dates, how to register, day-of-interview logistics and other details, please visit the EIW Employer Manual.
September Interview Program (SIP)
The September Interview Program (SIP) provides opportunities for small and mid-sized employers to recruit on-campus during the first half of September. Employer registration opens in late February via Symplicity. Interviews take place on-campus at Georgetown Law. Please visit the SIP Employer Manual for more details and logistics.
On Tour Interview Programs (OTIP)
Georgetown Law, in consortium with Duke University School of Law, Northwestern University School of Law and University of Virginia School of Law, offers On Tour Interview Programs (OTIP) in California, Illinois and Texas. Student commitment to these areas is demonstrated by the fact that they travel to these programs at their own expense. More information on program dates and employer registration can be found at www.ontourinterview.com. Employer registration opens in late April and all regional programs are administered through a separate consortium Symplicity site.
Request for Resumes (RFR)
The Request for Resumes (RFR) program offers employers an additional opportunity to review resumes from Georgetown Law students. Resumes are collected on behalf of employers from students. Employers then arrange interviews with students after reviewing their resumes. Employer registration opens at the end of January and resumes are released via Symplicity in August.
Diversity Resume Collect (DRC)
The Diversity Resume Collect (DRC) program offers employers an opportunity to review resumes from students who have diverse backgrounds. The resume collect is open to all students but is primarily advertised through our student diversity e-mail listserv and student groups. Employer registration opens at the end of January and resumes are released via Symplicity in August.
