REMINDER: California Market Presentation this Thursday at 12:15pm

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to practice law in California? Then you’ll want to attend OCS’s upcoming presentation on the California market by Amber Handman, a recruiter with SFB Search in Los Angeles. Her program will highlight the types of clients you might have, practices indigenous to the geographic market, hiring trends, what it’s like to live there and why you might want to practice there. The program will be at 12:15 on Thursday, April 11 in McDonough 110.  Lunch will be provided, so please RSVP using the Events tab in Symplicity.

Jeannie Musslewhite
Assistant Director, Recent Graduates & Entry Into Practice Program

Jeannie Musslewhite joined OCS in 2013 and her primary responsibilities are counseling recent graduates and assisting with the administration of GULC’s Entry into Practice Program.  Jeannie previously practiced corporate law for King & Spalding in Atlanta and Vinson & Elkins in Dallas, where she was active in both firms’ lateral and summer associate recruiting programs.  Jeannie received a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an M.A. in Educational Sciences from the University of Amsterdam, and a B.A. in Psychology and Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Jeannine is accepting appointments now!
