By this Monday, June 3, at 5 pm, all students and alumni wishing to mail judicial clerkship applications during the First Mailing must deliver their applications to Hotung 1008 and register in the Clerkships tab of Symplicity for the First Mailing. All applications that meet the deadline will be delivered to chambers by June 28, the Federal Law Clerk Hiring Plan release date. Postage is not required.
To accommodate those who cannot get there at lunch or before work, we are staying open late on Thursday, May 30. Hotung 1008 will be open the following times to receive your clerkship applications:
• Tuesday, May 28, 9 am – 5 pm
• Wednesday, May 29, 9 am – 5 pm
• Thursday, May 30, 9 am – 8 pm
• Friday, May 31, 9 am – 5 pm
• Monday, June 3, 9 am – 5 pm
Bring your clerkship packets, assembled according to the directions on this page, and fill out the First Mailing Form.
Students who are not in DC this summer may send packages to the attention of Kabara Korth-Praskavich, Office of Career Services, 600 New Jersey Avenue, NW, Room 328, Washington, DC 20001.
As a reminder, you should include all materials in your clerkship application packets, but you will have the option to update your resume and transcript by emailing a PDF copy of each to Amy Killoran (alk59@law.georgetown.edu) by Monday, June 17, at 5 pm.
You will also need to create all of your OSCAR applications (including identifying your recommenders for each application) no later than Monday, June 17. If a judge accepts applications through OSCAR, Georgetown policy is that you must apply through OSCAR.

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP is accepting applications for
internships of 3-6 months, from February through May 2013, in their
Paris office. The application deadline is Thursday, October 25th.
