1L FAQ – How do I send an “unofficial” transcript to employers? What if I’m applying to a position but I haven’t received my grades yet?
When an employer requests a transcript, it is appropriate to send an
“unofficial” version unless the employer specifically requests an
“official” copy. You can create a PDF version of your unofficial
transcript through MyAccess. Go to the Student tab, click on Student
Records and then Academic transcript. Select Law Center, and then
select PDF and hit submit. Another option is to request one official
copy of your transcript from the Registrar and scan it or make

If you apply for positions prior to getting your grades, explain in your application that you should receive your grades at the end of January and will then update your application with your transcript.
