Chambers Associate 2011 – 12 is now live!

Chambers Associate is a free career guide published by Chambers and Partners to help US law students choose the right law firm.  Chambers Associate 2011 – 12 is now live at www.chambers-associate.com. 

Chambers Associate interviewed an anonymous, representative sample of junior associates at each firm, and also interviewed managing partners and heads of recruitment.  The guide’s firm features cover: work; training and development; offices; culture; hours and compensation; pro bono; diversity; how to get hired; and firm strategy.  They also compare salaries, billable hours targets and recruiting statistics in our comparison tables and assess firms' strengths with the help of Chambers USA's rankings.

Hard copies of the Chambers Associate 2011-12 guide should be available shortly in OCS. 

Pathways to the Bench Video Series

Ever thought about becoming a judge or would like some additional perspective on judicial clerkships?  If so, you may find it inspiring to hear about the personal experiences of several judges currently sitting on the bench.  In three short videos, the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts sheds light on the challenges faced by the Honorable Ann C.
