Please join GULC grad David Fogel on Thursday, March 28 at 12:30 p.m. in OCS
to hear his insights about how to make a successful transition from law
to business, either directly from law school or after practicing law.
David is a “Triple Hoya” (SFS ’93, JD/MBA ’97) who started as a
corporate lawyer at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and two years later
pursued his entrepreneurial and business dreams to start a high-growth
Internet company (with 2 fellow Hoyas) that was subsequently sold to a
publicly-traded financial services company. More recently, David and a
GULC classmate co-founded an exchange-traded fund (ETF) company that now
manages $1 billion in assets. David will discuss how to leverage your
GULC legal education to better position yourself for a career in
business. OCS will provide drinks and cookies. Please RSVP using the Events tab in Symplicity so we can have a sense of how much food to order.
**
After the brown bag, David will be available for four 20-minute
one-on-one appointments on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are
interested in meeting with David one-on-one, please contact the OCS
front desk.
