Celia received her B.S. in Business and Accounting and her J.D. from State University School at Buffalo. Following law school, she worked at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and then she was in private practice in small and large Washington, DC based law firms focusing on intellectual property law. Celia lives in Olney, Maryland with her husband and has three sons.
