Kathryn Parente

Assistant Director of Employer Outreach

Kathryn Parente is the Assistant Director for Employer Outreach and Recruitment.  She earned a B.A. in International Studies from American University and a Master's in Tourism Administration with a focus on Event Management from The George Washington University.  Kathryn brings 10 years of event management and recruitment programming experience to the Office of Career Services.  Prior to joining Georgetown Law, she served as Recruitment Manager at The George Washington University Law School's Career Development Office.  She also has a background in international development recruiting with a large global development company based in the D.C. area.  Earlier in her career, she worked in corporate event planning for a small business start-up, as well as in meetings and program planning for a major foreign policy think tank.  Kathryn lives in Alexandria, Virginia, with her husband and son.
