E-Discovery Law Blog

About

In 2003, we held the first E-Discovery Institute when the subject of electronic data was at the center of debate.  Since that time, the Institute has matured along with the subject of this discipline, which has acquired its own set of Federal Rules as well as a new more inclusive name – Electronically Stored Information (ESI).

Our goal is for this blog to serve as a platform for discussion in between Advanced E-Discovery Institutes.  Content has been designed with all experience levels in mind, from litigators with years of experience to law students looking to expand their knowledge base in the growing field.  We welcome your comments and look forward to learning alongside you.
