Law Students in Court Selection Criteria/Application Process ruler

1. All students must be D.C. bar certifiable

2. Students must complete an individual interview with the staff of LSIC in order for their applications to be considered complete.  This interview may take place either while observing at Landlord and Tenant Court, as described above, or at our offices.  If you have not met with us by March 28th, you must come to our offices for an interview by April 10th. Please call our offices at (202) 638-4798 to schedule a meeting. Note that failure to schedule an interview will adversely affect your chances of being selected by the clinic. Please bring a resume to your interview.

3. If the number of students applying exceeds 25, we will give priority to students with interest, experience or enthusiasm about poverty law or litigation in general.
