Harrison Post-Graduate Teaching Fellowships ruler

Harrison fellows supervise JD students enrolled in the housing and community development clinic and the policy clinic, help teach clinical seminars, directly serve Institute clients and conduct policy research. Fellows are in residence year-round for a two-year appointment, after which they receive an LL.M. degree. The Institute seeks applicants who have several years of relevant post-JD experience and who are eligible to become a member of the D.C. Bar within their first six months by waiver application or passing the D.C. exam.

For a fellowship in the policy clinic, contact Robert Stumberg, clinical director, Harrison Institute for Public Law, 111 F Street, NW, Suite 102, Washington, DC 20001-2095. For a fellowship in the housing and community development clinic, contact Michael Diamond, associate director, at the same address. The Institute welcomes fellowship applications at any time, but hiring decisions are usually made in late spring, for which the deadline is March 1st of each year. To apply, forward a statement of interest and resume to Robert Stumberg for the policy clinic, or Michael Diamond for the housing and community development clinic.
