Harrison Institute State Policy Clinical Projects ruler

On behalf of the Center for Policy Alternatives (CPA) we are looking at ways that Community Development Corporations (CDCs) can use emerging telecommunications technologies to create new businesses, serve CDC clients, and improve internal CDC operations. We are writing four case studies of innovative programs that CDCs might want to replicate. After completing these case studies, we will be developing policy proposals to encourage these and other uses of telecommunications technology by CDCs. We will present the results of our work at a conference in the spring of 1997.
