Institute Dinner
$12,500

The dinner provides an opportunity for speakers and participants to begin networking the night prior to the Institute.  To facilitate introductions and ensure everyone has a chance to meet, organized table rotations are provided during check-in.  Sponsorship provides you an opportunity to mingle with the true decision makers in the field.

Benefits include:

• A table of eight (8) at the dinner
• Opportunity to make brief welcoming remarks at the dinner
• Full page, 8 ½ x 11, black and white ad in the program course materials
• An electronic attendee list following the program for a one time use 
• Verbal recognition in program announcements and at the dinner
• Name badges recognizing your participation as a sponsor 
• Acknowledgement prominently displayed at the dinner
  

Box Lunch
Sole Sponsorship - $3,500 

A box lunch is provided to Institute attendees to ensure the learning continues through lunch.  Sponsoring the box lunch provides you with outstanding visibility during the lunch hour.   Previous sponsors have provided insulated lunch bags with their company logo and contact information.  Georgetown CLE then makes arrangements with the caterers to pack the lunches in the bags.

• Full page, 8 ½ x 11, black and white ad in the program course materials
• Insert, 3x5, in the lunch boxes
  
• An electronic attendee list following the program for a one time use
• Verbal recognition in program announcements
• Acknowledgement prominently displayed within the lunch area

Continental Breakfast & Refreshment Breaks
Sole Sponsorship for Thursday - $3,500
Sole Sponsorship for Friday - $3,500

Continental breakfast is offered each morning during registration in high-traffic areas, with beverages and snacks provided throughout the course of the Institute.  This sponsorship provides you the opportunity to have a high degree of visibility during the course of the sessions.  Previous sponsors have provided special coffee mugs with their company logo and contact information for use during this time and as a take-away gift to attendees as well bottles of water with their company logo and contact information for use during this time.
