International Law at the Beginning of the 21st Century

    The seminar will examine current problems in international law. Each student is required to write and present a substantial paper to the class. The paper may address a topic relating to the status of international law at the beginning of the 21st century, present a proposal to resolve or deal more effictively with a current problem in international law, or examine any other current international law topic in which a student is interested.
