***DO NOT USE THE SERVICE REQUEST FORM IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY*** 

To report a plumbing, heating/cooling, or other urgent repair request, call 202-662-9330.

After normal business hours, please contact DPS at 202-662-9325 and ask them to contact the engineer on duty for you.

Gewirz residents should contact Residence Life directly instead of submitting a service request.

WebTMA SERVICE REQUEST FORM

Georgetown Law’s Work Order Request System is a web-enabled interface that provides a user-friendly web forum to submit work requests.

To submit a Service Request using our WebTMA Service Request form please include:

1. Your name
2. Your phone number
3. Your Georgetown Law e-mail address*
4. Building name
5. Your department (If your department is not listed please leave this field blank. If you are a student, your department is STUDENT.)
6. Action requested (please include the room number)
