John M. Bryson

B.S., J.D., University of Virginia. John M. Bryson, II, is a partner in the Corporate Diversity Counseling, Litigation and Employment Law practice groups. He regularly advises the senior executives of Fortune 500 companies confronted with high profile allegations of race and gender discrimination, harassment, and maintaining a hostile work environment, as well as related disputes with Federal agencies. Professor Bryson provides counseling on all facets of corporate diversity and workplace policies, programs, and practices and assists in developing and implementing comprehensive diversity enhancement programs. He actively counsels company executives on corporate compliance matters and directs major program reviews and analyses. Professor Bryson has more than 30 years litigation and counseling experience in assisting Fortune 500 companies in the aerospace, automotive, information technology, manufacturing, high technology, food and beverage, and energy industries.
