Sarah Carroll received her B.A. in Economics with honors from Stanford University. She received her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was an Executive Editor of the Law Review. She clerked for a federal district court judge during the 2011-2012 term and will serve as a law clerk to the Honorable Stephen F. Williams of the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit during the 2012-2013 term. Before law school, Sarah worked in the Economic Research department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.
