Kia Dennis is a Fellow at the Center for Legal English Studies at Georgetown Law. Prior to joining Georgetown, Professor Dennis was an attorney in government practice and had been in private practice as a corporate attorney. She also has experience teaching ESL to undergraduate and graduate students. Her academic interests include computer assisted language learning and online learning generally. Professor Dennis has published in the University of Miami Law Review and the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law. Professor Dennis obtained an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University, a JD from Georgetown Law Center and a MA in Applied Linguistics from the University of Massachusetts.
