Biography

B.A., Missouri University of Science & Technology; M.P.A., Troy University; J.D., St. Louis University; National Security Fellow at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard; Capitol Hill Fellow, Georgetown.  Professor Mahaney recently finished a National Security Fellowship at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. Prior to that, he was the Congressional Engagement Program Manager in the Directorate for Reserve Policy Integration, Office of Air Force Reserve. Professor Mahaney was a Georgetown University Capitol Hill Fellow in the office of the Chairman of the House Appropriations Sub-Committee for Defense and has several years of experience on Capitol Hill working both the congressional and administration side of the appropriations process.
