Hiring Info for 3Ls

• The office hires on an as needed basis. They have 20 attorney positions and most of the hiring is done directly out of law schools or clerkships. They encourage attorneys with more experience with applied.
• Student must have at least registered to take the bar to be offered a position. The position is contingent on successful bar results on the next bar examination.
• Dates: They hire throughout the year on an as needed basis. Ads generally run in the Virginia Lawyer’s Weekly.

Hiring Info for Summer Internships for 1Ls and 2Ls

•  All internships are unpaid, they have had several interns with unpaid summer stipends from many schools, including Georgetown. In the summer they hire 8-12 interns and during the ear they have 2-3 per semester.
