Hiring Info for 3Ls
  • The office hires directly out of law school as well as from clerkships.
  • Documents needed: Cover Letter, Resume, Transcript, Writing Sample and Three Letters of Recommendation.
  • Dates: Applications are generally accepted from September through early December for positions beginning the following year.

 

Hiring Info for Summer Internships for 1Ls and 2Ls
  • Documents needed: Cover letter, Resume, transcript and two references.
  • Roles and Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in all aspects of criminal litigation, including research, factual investigation, and drafting of memoranda, complaints, discovery materials and briefs.
  • Students are required to work at least 10 weeks: The dates for the summer program are: 06/09/2008-08/15/2008.
  • Dates: Applications are accepted until the positions are filed, but applicants are encouraged to apply by March 15, 2008.
