In addition to his securities work, Professor Herlihy represented Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. in its recent acquisition of approximately $4 billion of hotel properties from Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and has handled numerous public and private M&A transactions, for both investors and target companies.
