This seminar will evaluate and compare different theoretical
foundations for recognizing, or refusing to recognize, legal rights in
information and information goods. Prerequisite: Copyright Law OR Trademark and Unfair Competition Law OR Patent Law OR permission
of instructor.
Note: Students must attend the first class to be enrolled.
Attendance at every class meeting is required.
