Gordon Klepper

B.S., Cornell; J.D., Virginia.  Professor Klepper is Vice President and Senior Counsel for Marriott International, Inc., a leading global hospitality company.  He advises Marriott on matters concerning equity and executive compensation, international employment and compensation structuring, retirement plans, health/welfare plans and fringe benefits. He delivers strategic and tactical advice on domestic and foreign hotel and corporate transactions and serves as a legal advisor to the Marriott Foundation for People with Disabilities. Prior to working for Marriott, Mr. Klepper was a tax consultant for a global accounting firm, where he advised clients on employee benefits and executive compensation matters with a particular focus on tax planning and compliance. Prior to that he was an associate attorney at a national law firm where he advised clients on tax, ERISA and other implications of employee benefits programs.
