Brian S. Morrison

Brian Morrison is a Director with General Dynamics, a global aerospace and defense company. Previously, he served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, responsible for handling the Department of Defense’s interaction with the United States House of Representatives.　 Prior to his appointment with the Department of Defense, Brian served as Deputy Staff Director and General Counsel of the United States House of Representatives Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.　 He has also been an Assistant General Counsel at the Central Intelligence Agency and an associate at the law firm of Williams and Connolly.　 He clerked for the Honorable Hugh H. Bownes of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and is a graduate of Brandeis University and Harvard Law School.　 He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the District of Columbia.
