She has served as a member of the US delegations to the United Nations Convention against Corruption, the Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, the Commission on Narcotic Drugs, the Crime Commission, and the Crime Congress. She is also the immediate supervisor of the US Extradition Unit. Professor Prugh served as a lieutenant colonel for the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps from 1982 until 2006.
