Professor Rabinowitz currently is the Director for the Federal Tax Service for PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he assist clients with a wide range of tax accounting issues including timing of revenue recognition, timing of deductions, and inventory methods, including use of last-in, first-out (LIFO) inventories and application of section 263A. Prior to that he was Attorney for the Office of Chief Counsel, Internal Revenue Service, Law Clerk for the Honorable Norman Wolfe, for the United States Tax Court, and an Associate for Deloitte & Touche.
