Ella Rosenberg is a Legal Counsel at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), an organization of the World Bank Group and the leading global institution for the resolution of investment disputes through conciliation and arbitration proceedings. In this capacity, she serves as Secretary of tribunals brought under the ICSID Convention. Prior to joining ICSID, she worked as an attorney at the international arbitration practice of the law firm Dechert, LLP in Paris. Ms. Rosenberg holds degrees from Cornell Law School (LL.M.) Université Paris I Sorbonne (Master I and II) Université Jean Moulin Lyon III (Licence) and McGill University (B.A.). She is admitted to practice law in Paris, France (currently omitted) and in the State of New York.
