Rebecca Rosenberg

B.A., magna cum laude, Bryn Mawr; J.D., cum laude, Harvard; LL.M.  (Taxation), with distinction, Georgetown. Professor Rosenberg is a Member at Caplin and Drysdale, Chartered. In this capacity, she performs tax planning services for multinational corporations on international tax issues, including analysis of foreign tax credit, treaty, subpart F, and foreign currency questions. She has spoken at International Bar Association, American Bar Association, Tax Executives Institute, and D.C. Bar meetings. Prior to this position, Professor Rosenberg worked as an Assistant to the Branch Chief at the Office of the Associate Chief Counsel (International) at the Internal Revenue Service and as an attorney at the Office of the Legislative Counsel of the United States House of Representatives.
