Professor Rosenberg was formerly a principal at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, where she performed complex international tax planning services for multinational clients.Earlier, she was a member at Caplin and Drysdale, Chartered. In that capacity, she performed tax planning services for multinational corporations on international tax issues, including analysis of foreign tax credit, treaty, subpart F, and foreign currency questions. Prior to this position, Professor Rosenberg worked as an Assistant to the Branch Chief at the Office of the Associate Chief Counsel (International) at the Internal Revenue Service and as an attorney at the Office of the Legislative Counsel of the United States House of Representatives. In the latter role, she drafted tax legislation on a wide variety of tax issues.She has spoken at International Bar Association, American Bar Association, Tax Executives Institute, and D.C. Bar meetings.
