Professor Sierck is a Partner in the Washington, D.C. law firm of Cameron LLP, where he specializes in international trade and antitrust and in federal regulatory matters. Most of his work is for foreign companies and foreign government agencies doing business in the United States. From 1978-1980, Professor Sierck served as Director of Trade Policy in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, where he was actively involved in the Tokyo Round of multilateral trade negotiations and as the Department's representative in various interagency trade policy committees coordinated by the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. He has written and spoken extensively on a full range of international trade policy issues and corporate and regulatory compliance issues.
