A.B., magna cum laude, J.D., cum laude, Harvard. Professor Siff has worked both as a trial attorney and policy advisor in the U.S. Department of Justice Environment and Natural Resources Division. In the Division's Environmental Enforcement Section, he litigated major federal environmental cases on behalf of EPA and other federal agencies under the major environmental regulatory statutes, often in conjunction with states. Then as counsel to the Assistant Attorney General of the Division, he was responsible for supervising special projects, developing enforcement strategies, coordinating among federal agencies on legal and policy issues, and handling sensitive and complex litigation matters. Professor Siff currently is CEO of a consulting firm where he advises corporate and political clients on positioning and brand strategy, including issues relating to communicating public affairs, social responsibility and environmental efforts.
