Professor Tozeski is an associate in the Litigation Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in London, England. Professor Tozeski’s practice focuses on government and internal investigations both in the United States and abroad and general complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts. She has represented public and private companies, including Big Four accounting firms, media and technology businesses, pharmaceutical companies, banks, and hedge funds and investment entities, their executives and board members, and private individuals. She also has experience advising clients in connection with legislative and regulatory matters and strategic government relations.
Professor Tozeski received her J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2010. While at GULC, Professor Tozeski was a law fellow in the Legal Research and Writing Program and a member of The Tax Lawyer, which published her note, Tax Evasion – To Convict or Collect? Can the Government Have it Both Ways Under the Expended Definition of ‘With Respect to Stock’ in Code Section 301 after Boulware v. United States, 63 Tax Law. 621 (Winter 2010). Professor Tozeski received her B.A., cum laude, from Brandeis University in 2005.
