Anthony C. Tridico

B.S., La Salle University; M.S., Ph.D., J.D., Georgetown University. Professor Tridico is a partner in the Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical Practice Group of Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, L.L.P. where his practice focuses on client counseling, IP portfolio management, due diligence investigations and patent prosecution. He has experience in all aspects of patent law including prosecuting both U.S. and foreign applications, opinion preparation, due diligence investigations, appeals and oral hearings at the Board of Patent Appeals, Reissue and Reexamination practice, interferences and litigation. He is also an author and frequent lecturer in the U.S. and Europe on a variety of intellectual property issues, including topics affecting the chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries.
