B.A., Hons., University of Dublin, Trinity College, Ireland; J.D., magna cum laude, Boston College Law School. Professor Walsh has more than twenty years of law practice and for much of that time was with the multinational firm Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. He has represented clients in federal and state courts, at both trial and appellate level, and before administrative agencies and arbitration tribunals. His work has focused on complex litigation of commercial, shareholder, employment and regulatory compliance matters. He also has had extensive involvement in the recruitment, training and development of new lawyers. Professor Walsh has served many clients with significant operations, or who are based, outside of the United States. He has extensive experience with matters involving conflicts of laws and international comity and has frequently worked closely with lawyers operating in legal systems outside of the United States.
