Prior to joining Cadwalader, Professor Woody was a litigation associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Bracewell & Giuliani LLP. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Phyllis D. Thompson of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. Professor Woody has authored law review articles for Fordham Law Review, Northwestern University’s Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology, and the Connecticut Journal of International Law. She is an annual contributor to the ABA’s International Lawyer Year in Review.
